Answer: We manufacture most of our shoes, leather bags
and jackets as well as many other items right at our own Canadian based
factories. |

Why are you only able to ship to US addresses?
Answer: In order to serve our customers better we have
created two stores online: one for Canadian and International orders and one for American orders. If you

Where are the products designed?
Answer: All our products including the U.S. Olympic Team products are designed here in Toronto by Roots
designers. They meet with the athletes to hear their feedback and

in two ways.
1. Log into your account to view your order history. When you see the order
you'd like to track click on it and follow the instructions.<br>
2. By using the order number you received at the time you placed your order

Answer: You will only be charged for the item when your order is packed
