USA:
Roots.com USA currently ships to the entire United States, APO / FPO addresses, and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard shipping charges apply to all territories. Currently we do not ship to addresses outside the United States. However we can bill to addresses from Canada.
Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, Rural Route addresses or locations in Alaska, Hawaii, APO / FPO addresses or any U.S. territory address.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, (holidays excluded).

We use Canada Post Express for all express orders. Currently, we are only able to accept express orders delivered to the continental United States. . [top]

If you think your order is late, please note that:
· Express orders placed after Noon Eastern time, weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next business day
· Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to your order being processed.
· Federal Express delivers Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
· United States Postal Service offers delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) [top]
We recommend that you place your Roots.com order at least 12 business days before any major holiday with standard delivery and 7 business days with express delivery. We can only guarantee delivery of orders where all items are in stock. [top]
